CHRISTMAS PARTY!

Last night Cody and I went to the ERNST AND YOUNG Christmas party!  I was excited to go because I got to dress up and I LOVE any excuse to dress up.  I wasn't sure how much fun it would be but it ended up being so much fun.  I thought we would just eat, hang out for a second and then leave.  But we ended up staying almost the whole time talking and meeting new people.  Then at the end of the night they had dancing and if any of you know my husband then you know we had to stay and dance. Go EY!  WOOP WOOP!

         

OH CHRISTMAS TREE

Cody and I put up our little tiny CHRISTMAS TREE this weekend and I LOVE it!  Believe it or not we found a place to put it but we had to give the rock band drums the boot for a while.  We spent the night listening to Christmas music and decorating the tree.  I like that we do it together, it makes me feel like he cares too.  I think he mostly gets into it for me because he knows how much I love holidays.  We have a bunch of decorations but we decided to just put up the tree because we aren't even going to be here for Christmas.  But now we are officially ready for christmas!

My BAD luck...

So I have to say that I have never really had very many car problems but when I moved to California they came flowing in.  #1 About two weeks after we moved a guy backed into me.  Fun eh?  $2000 worth of damages.  Luckily he took all the blame.  That wasn't too bad, just a little bit of hassle.  #2 There have been a series of cars being broken into in our neighborhood lately.  So all of my neighbors have been looking out for each other by telling us to never leave anything our cars etc.  I wasn't really worried about it because neither Cody or I ever have anything in our back seats until last week.  I put two pieces of luggage in my backseat to take to our storage unit and I spaced taking them that night.  STUPID ME!  Someone broke my back window and took them both.  At least they were empty right?  The thief was probably disappointed I'm sure he thought they were full of clothes and such. #3 The people that I called couldn't fix my car window that day so my employer told me I could pull my car into the driveway that night so I wouldn't have any creatures making a home in my car.  So the next day I had my window fixed and everything was all good right?  WRONG!  I went to move my car and it wouldn't start!  Ah!  What the heck!  So we tried to jump it...NOTHING.  So we had to have it towed.  Turns out it was a glorified battery problem.  Hopefully I am home free for a while.  HOPEFULLY.

THANKSGIVING!

Cody and I went home for Thanksgiving and we had so so so much fun!  We got to spend Thanksgiving day with my family but we managed to make the rounds with Cody's family too.  My nephew Stockton took my camera and took a bunch of pictures so it was a combined effort.  Some of them are pretty funny.  We didn't get pictures of everyone but we got one of all 13 of my nieces and nephews.  I love them and I miss them so much.

I have a confession...along with half of america. I am officially in love with Edward Cullen! I saw Twilight again for the second time and I liked Edward the first time but the second time I pretty much fell in love. Can I just add that his hair is so dang sexy. I thought it was kind of weird at first but the more I looked at it the more I liked it. Maybe I should try to convince Cody to try it out. What do you think?
